3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
( I use the caned ones; they work great and save time)
1/2 cup sugar ,1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup milk
For the Topping :
1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 chopped nuts (I don't use the nuts in mine and it is still great!)
- Butter a 2 qt baking dish.
- Combine potatoes, sugar, vanilla and milk. Pour into prepared baking dish
- Mix together flour, brown sugar - cut in margarine until mixture resembles course crumbs. Stir in nuts (if desired) Sprinkle topping over potatoes
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
